Operator, website, and product status

CMG Market Edges LLC, an Ohio limited liability company, is the legal operator of the CMG Market Edges website and the CMG Market Edges OS prelaunch waitlist. CMG Market Edges and CMG Market Edges OS are the marketing brands used on this website.

These terms describe website use, free waitlist registration, and exploratory inquiries. CMG Market Edges OS is in prelaunch development: WAITLIST ONLY. Subscriber access is Coming Soon. Product features marked PLANNED or Coming Soon are not currently offered as available subscriber functionality. No product availability, investment opportunity, profitability, service activation date, or launch date is promised.

Using the website, submitting a form, receiving an email, or obtaining a founding allocation does not provide subscriber access, a funded account, trade execution, brokerage or investment services, or a paid subscription. Paid product enrollment requires separate published billing, service, and membership terms for review and acceptance before activation.

Appropriate use

Provide information you are authorized to submit. Do not impersonate another person or submit another person's data without permission. Do not abuse registration or inquiry forms, interfere with the service, evade security controls, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, or nonpublic endpoints. Do not submit trading credentials, account numbers, or sensitive financial/personal records through exploratory inquiry forms.

Free registration and verification

Waitlist registration requires an email address and affirmative consent. A verification email opens a verification page; you must select Confirm My Registration to submit confirmation. A form submission, a pending or delivered email, or merely opening a verification link does not reserve a spot.

The first 99 completed unique verified email confirmations receive numbered founding allocations. Later confirmations join the general waitlist without founding discounts or benefits. Duplicate confirmation does not allocate another spot. Deleted allocations are not recycled. A confirmation records waitlist status; it is not paid enrollment or product access.

Pending verification links expire, and a new registration request may replace a pending link. Registration or email delivery time does not establish priority over completed confirmations. Email delivery is not guaranteed by a form's acceptance message.

Founding Core pricing

The approved monthly Core schedules are:

These are flat monthly firm-count bands, not incremental per-firm charges. Every supported account at each connected supported firm is included; no per-account fee applies. Your current firm count determines the applicable rate.

The entire discounted founding Core schedule is locked for life while qualifying membership remains active. For example, 2 → 5 → 3 firms means $39 → $79 → $39/month. It does not mean unlimited firms for $39. Feedback is welcome and optional; providing feedback is not an additional condition for a founding allocation or its approved pricing.

Three free months and future billing

Verified founding members receive their first three months of Core free beginning at subscriber service activation, not website registration or email confirmation. Billing begins in month 4 at the applicable founding band. No payment is collected by the current website/waitlist.

Before any paid enrollment or subscriber activation, published billing and membership terms must be provided for review and acceptance. A waitlist checkbox is not consent to future charges or acceptance of unpublished subscription conditions.

Conditions that must be published before paid enrollment

Cancellation, lapse, reinstatement, and the meaning of qualifying active membership require published rules before paid enrollment. Detailed refund, tax, annual-billing, and related subscription rules also remain to be established. They are not imposed by these website terms, a website inquiry, or a waitlist registration.

Those future rules must explain how membership continuity and changes affect the lifetime founding schedule. This text creates no undisclosed unilateral cancellation, reinstatement, benefit-forfeiture, or membership-lapse rule, and does not authorize retroactively withdrawing the approved founding schedule. No paid enrollment should begin until the relevant conditions are published and accepted.

Optional planned modules and third-party fees

AutoPilot is Coming Soon, optionally $19/month for founding members or $29/month regular, only when authorized, supported, and testing is complete. Conditional plan trigger execution is a separate planned paid module with packaging and price TBD. No free add-on period is promised. Provider market-data and third-party integration fees may apply separately; no amounts are promised here. Availability and scope depend on integration verification, firm authorizations, and explicit user permissions.

Independent judgment and trading risk

Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss. CMG information and suggestions are not financial advice. Independently verify firm/account rules, data, and decisions. Software and alerts cannot prevent all losses or rule breaches. Manual outside-platform orders are outside CMG control. No profitability, safety, investment return, or availability guarantee is made.

Founder results are not independently CPA audited, validated, or endorsed. Do not treat company descriptions, exploratory inquiries, proposed products, or unverified results as an investment offer or a reason to expect trading profits.

Careers, partnerships, and Investor Relations

Technical careers, Growth Partner Program, Affiliate Partner Program, Other inquiry, and Investor Relations forms collect expressions of interest for manual review and relevant follow-up. They do not enroll you in the product waitlist, allocate a founding membership, constitute an employment offer, or create partnership, compensation, ownership, or investment rights. A response or timeline is not guaranteed.

Proposed Growth Partner Units are not equity now and carry no promised grants, vesting, sale proceeds, or payouts. Affiliate referral compensation is separate from equity and Growth Partner Units; the program is not operational. Investor Relations inquiries are not an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy securities, and this website promises no investment opportunity. Any future program requires its own appropriate structure, disclosures, and terms before operation.

Privacy, contact, and changes

The Privacy Policy describes information collected for registration, inquiries, verification, and correspondence. For general inquiries, privacy requests, or personal-data access, correction, deletion, or cessation-of-updates requests, contact contact@cmgmarketedges.com. This is a functioning address. Requests are handled manually, not through an automatic website deletion feature.

Material changes must be clearly disclosed. No unpublished cancellation or membership-lapse policy is created by this text, and nothing here limits mandatory rights under applicable law. The effective date appears at the top of these terms. Updates will identify the applicable policy version or effective date.
