Privacy Policy
Effective date: November 1, 2026.
Operator and scope
CMG Market Edges LLC, an Ohio limited liability company, operates the CMG Market Edges website and the CMG Market Edges OS prelaunch waitlist. This policy covers website visitors, waitlist registrations, exploratory inquiries, and related correspondence. It does not describe an available paid trading service. Additional notices and terms must be provided before materially different product data collection begins.
For general inquiries, privacy requests, and personal-data access, correction, deletion, or cessation-of-updates requests, email contact@cmgmarketedges.com. This is a functioning contact address.
Waitlist information and verification
When you register, we collect your email address and affirmative consent. The service stores the email address, a normalized email value used to prevent duplicate registrations, consent and registration/update timestamps, confirmation status and time, any supplied source field, and the founding/general classification and founding number when applicable. No payment information is collected by the current waitlist.
A pending registration does not reserve a founding spot. We send an email verification link, and you must explicitly confirm on the verification page. The first 99 completed unique email confirmations receive founding allocations; subsequent confirmations join the general waitlist. Opening an email or link does not allocate a spot.
The registration record stores a hash of the verification credential. The delivery queue temporarily holds the credential needed to send the verification link. It is removed from that queue after delivery or terminal handling, including supersession. Verification links for pending registrations expire; a new registration request may replace the pending link. Verification is used to confirm control of the submitted address, not to verify your legal identity or suitability for a financial product.
Inquiries and correspondence
The website accepts Technical careers, Growth Partner Program, Affiliate Partner Program, Other inquiry, and Investor Relations expressions of interest. The dedicated Investor Relations page uses that category automatically. We collect the supplied name, email address, selected or fixed category, optional message, affirmative consent, and creation/update/consent timestamps.
Inquiries are stored separately from the waitlist. A submission queues an acknowledgment to the applicant and an internal notification to the founder containing the inquiry details. An inquiry does not allocate a founding spot or create product access, employment, partnership, compensation, ownership, or investment rights.
The same normalized email and category update the existing inquiry record rather than creating repeated acknowledgment/notification pairs. The initial email queue snapshot may retain the original inquiry details even after the main inquiry record is updated. Email copies may also remain in applicant and operator mailboxes.
We use these records to review and respond to the inquiry and for related follow-up covered by your consent. Messages sent to the contact address also include the sender's address, correspondence, and any information you choose to provide. Do not submit account credentials, trading account numbers, financial records, identity documents, or other sensitive information through an inquiry form or unsolicited email.
Purposes, consent, and updates
We use information to maintain and verify registrations, allocate and document founding confirmations, review inquiries, communicate about your requests, and operate and protect the website. The waitlist checkbox also records consent to development and enrollment updates. Current automated messages concern verification, confirmation, inquiry acknowledgment, and internal inquiry review; the site does not provide a self-service marketing preference center.
Both registration and inquiry forms require affirmative consent. You can ask to stop development/enrollment updates or inquiry follow-up by emailing the contact address. Requests are handled manually. A request concerning updates does not itself submit a subscription cancellation or create rules about loss of founding benefits. Messages already in flight or retained in another person's mailbox cannot be recalled by this website.
Hosting, storage, and service providers
The website and email worker use Render hosting. Neon PostgreSQL stores registration, inquiry, consent, rate-limit, allocation, and email queue records. Resend processes sender/recipient information and message content needed to send the website's transactional emails. Google Workspace processes correspondence sent to the functioning contact address.
These services process information needed for their roles under their applicable terms and settings. We do not promise a particular processing region, backup lifetime, provider deletion timeline, or certification in this policy. If you follow an external link or interact directly with another service, that service's terms and privacy practices apply to that interaction.
The application does not log submitted form bodies, email addresses, provider error bodies, or verification credentials. Its diagnostic records use operational information such as job IDs, attempt counts, and sanitized delivery errors. Render, other providers, and network infrastructure may separately process IP addresses, connection details, email delivery events, and security/request metadata under their own settings. This is not a promise that no provider ever records an IP address or other personal data.
The application's rate-limit table stores a hash of the client address, counters, and time-window information rather than the raw address. Expired rate-limit entries are cleaned up during request handling; this is not an automatic deletion schedule for registrations or inquiries. Private operator exports can contain registration or inquiry details, but exclude verification credentials. There is no public export/admin endpoint.
Cookies, tracking, and sale
The current website application sets no cookies and includes no analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or third-party font requests. Hosting providers may process necessary technical data as described above. We do not sell the form data collected by this website. Materially different tracking, uses, or sharing require an updated notice before activation.
Retention and security limits
We retain personal information for the purposes described in this policy, including maintaining requested registrations, documenting founding confirmations, reviewing inquiries, handling correspondence and privacy requests, and meeting applicable legal requirements. The founder manually deletes eligible active records when they are no longer needed for those purposes or when an applicable deletion request is fulfilled. There is no automated fixed deletion schedule or unverified fixed deletion deadline.
The founder also reviews relevant emails, private exports, delivery records and original inquiry snapshots when handling retention or deletion. Copies in mailboxes, logs and provider backups are handled appropriately under applicable requirements and the relevant service settings and technical constraints. This does not promise immediate erasure from every backup or another person’s mailbox, and no unverified provider retention period is asserted.
The implementation uses hashed verification credentials, controlled verification/confirmation flows, and certificate-verified encrypted connections to remote PostgreSQL. These measures do not guarantee security or eliminate all risks. We make no compliance certification, audit, or breach-prevention claim.
Access, correction, deletion, and stopping updates
You can submit a request at contact@cmgmarketedges.com. Use this address rather than the careers or investor form for a privacy request. The process is operator-managed; the website does not offer an automated access/deletion button or preference center.
The founder manages privacy requests through the contact address and manually verifies identity as appropriate before providing access, making corrections or deleting eligible data. Requests and the actions taken are tracked manually. We may need proportionate information to establish that a request concerns your data. Do not send identity documents unless specifically requested through an agreed process. Relevant emails, exports and backup limitations are considered when handling the request; no automated deletion workflow is claimed.
Requests are subject to applicable law, including any rights or deadlines that cannot be waived by this policy. We do not promise a particular response time or immediate erasure from provider backups. Any retained information or provider-copy limitation must be explained when handling the request. Removing a registration does not recycle a previously allocated founding number; this policy does not create a cancellation, lapse, or forfeiture rule for promised founding benefits.
Depending on applicable law, additional access, correction, deletion, consent-withdrawal, objection, or complaint rights may apply. Contact us about a request or concern. This policy does not limit mandatory rights or claim that the same legal rules apply in every location.
Changes
The effective date appears at the top of this policy. We will identify updates and disclose material changes before materially different processing begins. This policy does not authorize undisclosed changes to approved founding terms or new uses of information.
